I offer insight, share wisdom from personal experience, resource filled workshops, online learning, body work, retreats and trainings in Feminine embodiment.
Through these offerings, Women are given tools to liberate pain, to awaken their natural rhythm & sensual nature, to gain clarity, vitality, balance and joy in their life.
My message is about courage, strength, wisdom, love, human empowerment & creating a lighter, brighter world for our Children, Family and all our relations.
It is only when we know and honor ourself that we remember who we truly are.

Dedication
I have worked intensively and deeply through years of clearing & unwinding, to heal, to learn, unlearn & evolve, through a series of yogic, taoist, elemental, bodywork and sacred feminine modalities.
A consistent routine of foundational practice dissolved the armour of a locked spine as well as other ailments. I now share the wisdom of my journey and lifestyle approach with Women who are on the path of transformation.
Devoted to my healing practices, I slowly melted the armour of my spine and heart to eventually open the gifts of clarity. I now share my experience, tools and lifestyle approach with Women who are on the path of transformation.
Devotion to self practice and holding the intention for the greater good is a key element in rising the collective of our Planet.
